  7. Fully custom designs upon request

  8. Final designs must be approved by the customer before production begins.

  9. 3. Pricing & Payment

  10. All prices are agreed upon before production.
    Production begins only after payment confirmation or agreed deposit.

  11. 4. Production & Delivery

  12. Production time typically ranges between 7–14 business days, depending on order size. Delivery times may vary based on location.

  13. 5. Returns & Refunds

  14. Due to the custom nature of our products:

  15. Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective

  16. Refunds are only issued in case of production errors

  17. 6. Product Quality

  18. We ensure high-quality materials and production standards. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to manufacturing processes.

  20. All designs created by Ergon Sports remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Customers must have rights to any logos or graphics they provide.

  22. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
